This
book is awesome! When is the next in this series out? I'm
serious, I loved it. I hope it becomes like Cellestine Prophecy
and alike. It has a hell of a lot of truths within it. It's
excellent.

I love this book. It wrings the heart and soul, tests the
mind and sweeps you off on an explosively, fast-paced action
adventure. With mystery, murder, conspiracies, compassion,
sex, intrigue, vital history, spirituality and enough twists
and turns to leave you breathless - I couldn't put it down.
Jake has to be the sexiest, toughest and smartest action hero
to hit the book stands in a long while. Plus, it has the best
sex scene I have ever read - enlightening, sexy, yet tasteful,
all at the same time.
There
is a very important message for humanity intrinsically woven
through the fabric of this epic adventure. I feel a much happier
and compassionate human being for reading this book. There
is hope for humankind and I thank you for sharing that with
me.
I'm hanging out for the next instalment, so hurry up!
I need to know what happens next...

If
The Shift Of The Ages was a film, it starts out as a fast
paced black and
white adventure and soon accelerates into vibrant colour.
It then shifts
up another gear, the floor falls away and it explodes into
multidimensional
frames. It truly is the "Matrix Reloaded" of contemporary
literature.
Nemeyeth
has the ability to craft an extraordinarily complex adventure.
Through the experience of Jake Wakeman the reader is left
pondering the
larger questions about past and future life in a myriad of
possible outcomes
for this planet. A must read for anyone who feels that "now
time" is a
critical point in human history.
The
Shift Of The Ages confirms the readers innermost instincts
about the
significance of where we are now, where we have been, and
possibly what lies
ahead.

Jake
Wakeman, main protagonist of this novel, is an adventurer,
driven by insatiable curiosity and an inner inkling that things
are not as they seem. With this general attitude, Jake discovers
an entire new world of information, intrigue, conspiracy,
love and hate, and ends up a transformed human being, with
a mission and the courage and determination to carry it out.
What
is new in this book is manifold: you will find here what could
be considered a new genre of contemporary literature, a combination
of adventure-thriller-detective story with scientifically
presented evidence for geological movements in ancient times,
future ecological developments, and cutting-edge theories
in modern physics on the one hand, and an internal spiritual
and psychological journey on the other.
This
combination of internal and external journeys does not stop
at the person, Jake, but touches on and enriches our understanding
of some of the key controversial issues of our time.
Whether
you believe all of it or none, the book will open your mind
and heart to new possibilities and understandings. At the
end, you will find yourself with a deeper sense of responsibility
for the future of our planet, and the inspiration to personally
grow towards greater humanity, courage and truthfulness. Be
one of the first to read it!

This
novel has created a unique genre of its own. It reads like
a metaphysical thriller, filled with prophetic fast-paced
adventure, yet the underlying thread of the spiritual message
is hauntingly powerful and at times disturbing. The author
has taken many New Age themes and woven them through an amazingly
complex, yet easy to read tale. Some of the scenes could be
directly out of Indiana Jones or Matrix, but the inclusion
of subject matters such as quantum physics, alternate time-lines,
past lives, ancient civilisations, environmental and technological
abuse, the photon band and the ending of the Mayan calendar
in 2012 makes it stand out from the rest. This novel will
certainly make its mark in the mind, body and spirit sections
of book stores and will also be highly appealing to the general
market. The writing is very visual and will easily transfer
to the big screen - it would be quite an epoch.
The
author has added a unique dimension to his project by the
inclusion of a CD theme song, written and performed by himself.
His beautiful prose and voice transports you to another realm.
The overall package is both enthralling and inspiring.

intrigue, touching all of the senses;

Jean

Once
I started reading the Shift of the Ages, I felt like I was
a young child again - oblivious to anything else around me
and totally engrossed in the action of the book. Even though
the book may appear futuristic to some, I know the story to
be believable especially as I am now spending so much time
in the U.S.
I am totally delighted by the creativity of the author throughout
the book - the action, the history, the messages and how he
has have woven the important questions into the fabric of
the text. I know it is wise not to compare, however The Shift
of the Ages is such a mixture of the Matrix, an adult Harry
Potter, Neil Donald Walsch... you name it... it is all in
there! I also thoroughly enjoyed the CD. His voice sounds
strong and true.
Congratulations to Jêan Nemeyeth- an important novel/biography
of our beloved Planet - he has given her and us, a valuable
gift!

In a bleak Orwellian future humankind has been duped into
electronic tagging, like so much merchandise, all in the name
of convenience. You can pay for your groceries with the wave
of an arm, but that same arm is now working for the state.
Constant surveillance and networked computers monitor and
record your every move. Dissidents are discredited and hunted
down.
Fear of the criminal element, the fringe dweller, the non-participant
in this cosy little global village
keeps the populace both compliant and complicit. Jake Wakeman
is just such an obedient cog in the social
machine. An unlikely candidate for New Age prophet and saviour.
And yet... A cryptic phone call; an equally cryptic letter;
his father's suspicious death and the authorities seeming
inaction; an unprovoked attack by a mysterious woman; a list
of names, all of whom turn up dead. A series of events that
conspire to bring Jake to a secret archeological site in Antarctica,
triggering voices and images that Jake can't explain and would
like to dismiss. But the profound implications of the discovery
under the ice must be communicated to humanity and destiny,
it appears, has appointed Jake the messenger. There's just
the small matter of a massive international governmental and
military conspiracy that exists to prevent the truth from
ever coming to light.
Quantum physics, metaphysics, alternative realities, karma,
reincarnation, an organic supercomputer and ancient power
and wisdom converge in this tale of adventure, enlightenment
and possible redemption. Jake must somehow outwit the system,
and the ambition and venality of a man determined, not only
to uphold the status quo but, to turn events to the advantage
of a powerful few.
If Jake can infiltrate the secret repositories of knowledge
and turn the insidious technologies back on
their creators, then will humanity be able to make an informed
choice about our collective destiny. And he
might just be able to save his marriage and make amends to
his son in the process. And if he can convince millions of
people around the world that they can transform their lives
and their reality. What then?...
This is a great book, I loved it! For anyone who has ever
wondered where we came from or where we might be going, it's
a "must read." It stimulates all the senses on many
levels - intellectual, emotional and spiritual.

This is a novel that brings together a plethora of spiritual,
metaphysical and planetary understandings and ancient knowledge,
whilst at the same time being an engrossing and exiting adventure
story. Its a fast-paced tale set in the year 2008, and
its only four years until the ending of the Mayan calendar
on 22 December 2012. Scientists and researchers have been
speculating as to what the ending of this cycle will mean.
The truth behind what the ancients have termed The Shift Of
The Ages is about to be revealed.
Whether
youre a New Ager or simply like a good read, this is
the book to reactivate your memory and knowledge or simply
help to open you to other possibilities and potentials. Subtly
encoded to assist us to reawaken and remember, it possesses
powerful messages that are extremely thought provoking. Not
only can this author write but he sings as well! A beautiful
CD single theme song especially written for the novel is also
included.

I
would like to say that 'Shift Of the Ages' is like Harry Potter
for Adults. The concepts put forward are mind blowing. You
are left
wondering 'Is this for real'? 'Is it fact or fiction'? The
author is
very much in touch with this planet and the energy that all
of us are
putting out. From beginning to end, 'The Shift Of The Ages'
is unlike
any other adventure novel I've ever read. It will change you
forever.
